Two Soweto men, including musician Jub Jub (real name Molemo Maarohanye), will appear in court on Tuesday after an illegal street race ended in four deaths, according to a report.
Four teenagers were killed and two others were seriously injured when the drivers allegedly lost control of their Mini Coopers in Protea Glen, Soweto.
An EyeWitness News report says that the men, who appeared drunk according to police, are undergoing tests to establish whether they were under the influence of drugs.
The two drivers will face charges of driving under the influence, reckless and negligent driving and four counts of culpable homicide.
