A senior national figure in the ANC has been arrested in Cape Town for allegedly driving drunk. ANC spokesman Jackson Mthembu was arrested on the N2 on Thursday morning by members of the City of Cape Town's undercover Ghost Squad.
He was allegedly driving erratically before he was stopped.
